  In an age when the urban planning is highly valued,the phenomenon that an increasing number of planners incline to separate buildings with different functions has triggered a heated debate. Objectively judged,I reckon that more merits rather than weakness would result from this arrangement.

  A noticeable benefit is its shrinking management. Including its huge operating charges and the massive human resources, the complex management usually serves as a disturbing issue for those administrators. In contrast, under this circumstance with separated areas, the government can only employ those professional talents for a specific field in an area where lies the same buildings；otherwise, the complex situation where various cases mingling together can be really annoying.

  Another conspicuous strength is that the dispersed design can bring growing convenience for people. As each of the areas is allotted a specific role, it is easier for people to access to the places where they need to go, avoiding a waste of energy and time. Thus, the whole city would work with efficiency, such as providing a regular routine for those people on the streamlined business.

  On the other hand, the distributed urban structure can cause the malignant competition. The centralized arrangement can intensify the competition among those rival companies with such a close distance. For example, they can be much more sensitive to the changes of each other and then even dispatch spies to rivals for the high technology or efficient management. As a result, they would consume too much on protecting their confidential information instead of pursuing promotion for themselves.

  In conclusion,this kind of distributed design is dominated by advantages despite of some negative impacts,so I believe that the uniform regions are overwhelmed with benefits.
