  The first special cake that occurred to me when I saw this topic card was the one I had recently with my friend Anna on her birthday. First of all, I'd like to start by saying what kind of cake it was. We celebrated her birthday two months ago in a fancy tea lounge, where the waiter served us an amazing‘rainbow'cake as it had 7 layers with 7 different colors, different flavors of course. I was so surprised by the unique taste of the cake, because it was the first time that I had an ice-cream mousse cake. Also, we ate the cake with the hot chocolate sauce, and they were perfectly matched together. I guess it was just something you could never imagine if you don't try it yourself.

  The cake was not only special in terms of its fabulous appearance or unique texture, but more importantly of what it means to both me and my friend. For the record, we've been close friends since elementary school, but due to the fact that she went to study in the States, I haven't seen her for at least 5 years. It goes without saying that we were beyond exhilaration to see each other and we had so much to tell. It was just nice sitting in the lovely place, chatting with my old friend. And the cake was endowed with one of the most unforgettable moments of our friendship.
