Describe something or an activity you do to stay healthy. You should say: What the activity is When and where you usually do it How you do it And explain why it can keep you healthy.
Plank, also known as abdominal bridge, is a core strength exercise that involves maintaining a position similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time, with the body’s weight borne on forearms, elbows, and toes. Most people, especially youngsters are going ape over plank for it not only strengthens the abs, back and shoulders effectively, but also it does not need a very large space so people can do it whenever they want.
Doing plank can intensify our core muscles and make us more defined. Its function, in some way, could be on par with running. So in a nutshell, if you are in a quandary about how to stay healthy, plank can be one of your options. Just roll your sleeves up and enjoy it. |
