  I truly admire the director of my company, because she is an extremely successful woman with her own fashion business. I have been working for her company for a little under a year and a half, and she has inspired me from day one.

  I believe Ms Huang is an excellent role model for all of my colleagues and I.Having gained a wealth of experience at a young age,she started her company at 27.Since then,she has opened several branches of the business in different cities in China,and recently she has opened offices in major global cities outside China, including London, Paris and New York.

  Ms Huang is a driven,determined woman who has risen to the top of her industry through hard work.She managed this impressive success through her own qualities, not by inheriting money or having help from others.As a woman,she has had a hard time navigating a male-dominated industry. Any woman in her position could justifiably be a proud figure, distanced from her staff. However, Ms Huang is always kind, gentle and attentive towards every individual she meets.

  I admire Ms Huang's artistic vision and her determination to make a difference to the position of women in the fashion industry. Her influence has caused ripples of change that will affect people for years to come.
