The bar charts below show information about driving license in a particular European country.Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The first bar graph shows the percentage of males and females who had a driving license between 1976 and 2006. Also, the second bar graph shows how many male and female drivers between the ages of 17 and 20 there were in 1996 and in 2006.【两个橘子避免表达重复】
Overall, the proportion of men who held a driving license was always than the percentage of women throughout the given period, but the gender difference became smaller.【第一个图中最大的趋势和差异】In addition, the number of male drivers aged between 17 and 20 outnumbered its female counterparts，and also oth figures experienced a fall within the decade。【第二个图中的特点，同样避免表达重复】
In 1976, 70% of men had a driving license and this figure then increased to 80% in 2006. Additionally, in 1976,only 30% of women had a driving license,but this figue then doubled to 60% in 2006【强调上升幅度】.
In both 1996 and 2006,more males aged between 17 and 20 years held a driving license than females (50% and 30% individualy).【括号引出数据，节约篇幅】However， both of these figures had dropped to 45% and 20%,respectively, in2006.
