In fact, I'm a quite cautious person, who seldom forget things, but the topic reminds me of a funny story happened to me.
It was last year when my family and I moved into the new flat. We used to live in the CBD of the old town, which we found too crowded and noisy for us. So we decided to move into a new flat located far from the city centre. We spent almost a whole week to package our personal stuff and the old pieces of furniture before the day came. In the early morning of that day, the driver from the moving company we hired in advance arrived at our old flat on time. When my parents and the workers began to move the things on to the truck, I went to say goodbye to my best neighbour. After a short chat, I hurried back to my home to help others with the move. Nothing went wrong and in the afternoon, we got to the new flat and began to be busy for unpacking our possessions. It took us such a long time that when we finally stopped to sit into the sofa and enjoy the spacious living room, it was already midnight. Then suddenly I realized that my handbag had not been with me for the whole day, and when my day tried to call me on my phone, he found there were five missed calls from my neighbour. Actually, I left my bag, including my purse, ID, and the mobile phone, at her place in the morning.
So finally it was a false alarm and I got my bag back in the next day. I found it quite funny coz all of my family became a mess during the move and that could be a memorable experience for me.
