  1. 本篇是城区开发项目发言人介绍新建的两处设施的演讲。以“I’m very pleased to have this opportunity to say a little about two exciting new developments in the city...(我很高兴有机会来介绍城市最新的两处令人兴奋的开发区)”开篇，其中“be pleased to have this opportunity to...”是用于演讲开头的好句子。

  2. 接下来提到开发是如何实现的，原句为“And they have been realised using money from the SWRDC —the South West Regional Development Commission.(使用西南地区发展委员会的资金实现了这个想法。)”值得注意的是they have been realised中的“they”指代的是前一句中的“the idea for these initiatives”，使用了现在完成时的被动形式have been done。
