托福口语范文：

I am good at playing basketball and this is important to me because of the following two reasons:

First, playing basketball is good for my health. While working in the office, I can only sit in a chair and face the computer to do my work. After a day at my desk, playing basketball helps me relaxes my body; it is a full body exercise that gets my muscles moving and my heart beating.

Secondly, I make a lot of friends by playing basketball. During the breaks of a basketball game, all the players sit together and talk about the topics we are interested in. I learn a lot about things beyond my field, and get to know the other players. So playing basketball also broadens my horizon.
