  Introduction

  Teamwork in which people could gather to discuss or resolve tasks either in school or workplace is quite common. In order to maintain effective group work, listening to others’ words including negative ones is the necessity and determinant for success.【这里的开头主要做两件事：引入话题+陈述观点】

  First of all, hardly can an overconfident individual get involved in the group. In order to inspire more sparkles, people work in teams to ensure the collision of ideas. In other words, the more thoughts members have, the more conflicts happen among them.   True, blunt criticism hurts. It is never comfortable for one to peacefully accept the blame especially when the proposal is elaborated. A strong sense of failure would be triggered and predominant for the presenter, but what we should envisage is that this is the only way for any successful group work where along with the praise there must be criticism. Unlike being frustrated, we are ought to have an open mind for all possible evaluation.   Instead, the words even in blaming tone may all derive from the sincere to forge the final success. One of the previous projects I collaborated with my classmates can best exemplify this. In order to get an A for our teamwork, they would spare no effort but gave me the straightforward comment.
